
General Terms of Business (Terms and Conditions) of Latin Factory for “Frankfurt goes Salsa” Festival.
General:
These general terms of business are valid for "Frankfurt goes for Salsa" festival and are to be taken note by every participant.
Order:
All orders - whether by phone e-mail or online reservations (Internet) are binding and cannot be cancelled or be changed. For online booking a completely filled registration form is needed. Before sending the form, the approval with our Terms and Conditions is necessary. Afterwards the orderer receives a confirmation via e-mail by Salsa Festival Frankfurt. By purchase of group passes a registration of at least 10 people is necessary.
Payment:
Payment of fees must be received within seven days from the date of confirmation, by bank transfer to given account and without deduction. Every ticket becomes valid by receiving the entire payment within the mentioned payment term.
Collection/use:
All tickets for Frankfurt goes Salsa” will be issued exclusively at the check-in area. Find out the opening times on our website www.salsafestival-frankfurt.de. As customer you are responsible for the loss of your ticket – in this case LF (Latin Factory) assumes no liability for lost tickets, cards can not be replaced. Hence, LF will not pay any compensation claims for lost tickets. It is not allowed to misuse or copy the tickets. With the tickets the user also accepts expressly the house order of the Frankfurt goes Salsa” location.
Event refusal:
In case a refusal of “Salsa goes Frankfurt” tickets can be returned, up to two month after the planned event appointment, on the same way they were obtained.
Repayments:
A change of the ordered tickets is only possible in consultations with LF. There will be no reduction for delayed participations or early withdrawals from the festival.
Changes:
Programme modifications (dancing instructors, workshops, shows etc.) are subject to change without notifications. In case of a refusal or programme modifications no compensation will be paid (e.g., journey, hotel advance booking fees or handling charges).
Data protection:
The customer takes note that all electronic data will be processed by LF for the purpose of contract regulations. He also agrees, that in future he would like to receive information material from LF. The customer is able to withdraw the approval for the information e-mails any time.
